Open postings whose title, location, pay, employment type, department or complete text changed upstream in the last 24 hours (or the window you set with date_modified_gte / date_modified_lt), most recent change first. Every row carries date_modified and modified_fields. A posting its source left unchanged is never reported, however often it is re-read. Call it daily at the same time.
